How often are items restocked?

We get this question fairly frequently, and you’d think it would be easy to answer…but it’s actually pretty complicated. There are a lot of factors at play, so it can range from “next week!” to “soon?”

We try to keep our pretty well stocked, and since they live in Taiwan, we usually get a lot of them when shipments come in. That doesn’t mean we don’t run out occasionally, that usually means it’s on order…or will be soon.

Some items will only be restocked as they become seasonally. We’re less likely to restock Merino Wool items in June, or No Show Socks in January, for example. But, if we know there’s demand for a specific item, that can affect what our buyers prioritize.

Still, other items will be dropped from our inventory if they aren’t popular enough…although we like to keep as many different items as we can, we have limited shelf space, so occasionally we have to stop carrying some items in order to bring in new ones.

I want to exchange but the size/color is out of stock. Can I choose a different size/color?
